Priority, not perfection

In a deficit I secure protein first, then meal volume (vegetables), then remaining calories. Timing helps practically, but it does not replace the daily total.

When appetite is low

Simpler meals, fewer food rewards, more repeatability. If protein is short — that is the first alarm before cutting calories further.
