These terms describe the nature of MarcinLabs. They are not legal advice and do not claim regulatory compliance.

1. Character of the platform

MarcinLabs (marcinlab.com) is an educational and documentary website. It publishes educational content, personal documentation and information about laboratory research materials (Research Use Only). MarcinLabs does not operate an online shop, cart, checkout, payment processing or shipping fulfilment on this site.

2. Educational content vs external links

Content on MarcinLabs is educational and informational. Links to external third parties (including WhatsApp) take you outside MarcinLabs. Terms, availability, pricing, payment, shipping and quality are solely matters for the external third party. MarcinLabs is not a party to such transactions.

3. Affiliate / commission relationship

Some external links may be affiliate or referral links. MarcinLabs may receive a commission if a transaction later takes place after using a link. Commission does not increase the user’s price and is not a quality endorsement of any product, supplier or research material.

4. Not a pharmacy

MarcinLabs is not a pharmacy, clinic, online medicine retailer or authorised medicines wholesaler. MarcinLabs does not sell medicines for human use.

5. No manufacture or order fulfilment

MarcinLabs does not manufacture materials, does not stock them and does not fulfil shipments. The research topic selector only prepares an external message — without collecting personal data on MarcinLabs servers.

6. No medical advice

MarcinLabs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosing guidance or treatment recommendations. Educational content and personal documentation do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

7. Research Use Only

MarcinLabs does not recommend human consumption or human administration of any research material listed on the site. Materials are described as Research Use Only.

8. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own decisions and for compliance with local laws. Access is intended for adults (18+) for educational or research purposes.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

9. Intellectual property

Site content is protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited, except for fair dealing / permitted research quotation with attribution.
